Do the pillowcases include inserts?
Nope! We sell pillowcases only—so you can pair them with your favorite inserts or reuse ones you already have.
What sizes are available?
Our pillowcases come in five versatile sizes. You’ll find specific measurements listed on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit.
Are your designs exclusive?
Absolutely. Each pattern is curated by Andy, inspired by artistic boho interiors and a love for calm, expressive spaces. These designs are exclusive to BohomebyAndy.
How do I care for my pillowcase?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to keep the colors fresh and fabric soft.
Where are you based, and do you ship internationally?
We’re proudly based in the UK. At the moment, we only ship within the UK—but international shipping is on the horizon. Stay tuned!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your shipping choice at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your item ships.
Can I return or exchange a pillowcase?
Since all our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@bohomebyandy.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
We’ll arrange a free reprint or refund—no need to return the product.
Can I order a pillowcase as a gift?
